I do love hearing how Justin’s and Jason’s projects are going, but I do like the interview episodes

I really liked the hearing how Zapier asked for payment in advance for what they wanted, it’s such a strong signal as to what other customer are likely to pay for as well as provide for a way to determine your development priorities…as in, if no one pays for it, you just don’t build it.
Unfortunately, I keep seeing development done speculatively in the hopes that someone will pay for it.
