Very amusing about business opportunities once you have a baby, as my friend had the same inspirations once his wife was pregnant.
And he actually built a website and everything to deliver nappies as parents are busy.

  2. Hey,

RE: why Phil kept going when his cohort all dropped out
    (Position in episode: http://pca.st/NWbG 1:11:30)

Maybe a psychological explanation that would make sense to Justin: isn’t Phil the guy who is out on the dating scene in his early forties competing with younger guys? The one who finds women in their twenties to his taste?

Just saying, that’s the fundamental drive of all animals and comes up as a key factor in a lot of psychological theories… Maybe that explains the sticktoitiveness?

  3. Podcast recording at Justin’s sounds great. We’ll find a way to get there.

  4. Joe says:

@Jason — l’m sorry to hear about your shoulder injury. I empathize — I crashed my bike 8 weeks ago going down a canyon at high speed and completely dislocated my shoulder, tearing through the labrum. They relocated it OK in the ER but I’ve been in physical therapy for the last 8 weeks and I’m just now starting to be able to do some strength training again. Shoulders are tough to heal.

    Looking forward to the summit!

  5. Jason says:

@Joe – Wow, yours sounds a lot worse than mine. Yikes!

One thing I’ve learned is that a rehab makes all the difference, so make sure you stick with the program. Your shoulder will thank you. 😉

  6. Jason says:

@Andrew Cox – Yep, that’s a fundamental difference. Marriage tends to make people fat and happy and here are the numbers that back that up. 😉

  7. Jason says:

@Micah Alcorn – Yeah, we’re doing it. Justin would have been sad otherwise.

  8. Richard says:

I hope everyone at the TZ summit has a great weekend, really looking forward to hear what gets discussed so I hope the live show goes ahead.

It would be great to see some photos, maybe if someone at the summit is handy with a camera they could take some new Jason & Justin shots for the album art!

  9. @Justin don’t give up on the baby inspired ideas! My boss formed our company after finding it hard to find a babysitter and didn’t look back 🙂

Hope everyone has a great time at the summit!

  10. Doug Coleman says:

Hey guys, wish I could’ve made it to the summit. I will next year! But as far as accomplishing something in your dreams, I remember as a junior in college I had a really challenging programming problem to tackle and couldn’t find the solution for the life of me. So I decided to sleep on it, and it turns out in my dream I was solving the problem. I awoke and remembered my “dream solution” and was like, maybe I should give this a try. Low and behold, it worked. It was the only instance where something like this has happened but it was really convenient and interesting. Figured I’d share my experience.

Keep up the good work with the show!
