ok it’s bugging me so got to ask at 38:47 Justin ask’s a question and Gabriel answers but it sound like the question was added in editing something like an easter egg or am i just missing “the letters from the dark side” and imagining things ?
@Navi – I was listening and just asked a question. No special editing!
The book you mentioned is Checklist by Atul Gawande. I read it and it’s great! He’s a great writer and very convincing. If you’re interested in reducing errors (or want to be terrified to learn how and how many people die in hospitals), put that book at the top of your pile. 5 stars and it’s on my list of books that I would actually go back and buy a paper copy of.
loved the show even doe it’s Easter egg free 🙂
Nice to hear the code search plugin mentioned, since I’m the one who wrote it and the back end search service that powers it.
For the record you can trigger it by typing a language such as c# php python or perl then whatever you ate searching for followed by example. Eg https://duckduckgo.com/?q=python+re.compile+example
Most languages are supported too. I’m always looking for feedback too so feel free to let me know what you think.
