  1. Woo! Got my post surgery recovery distraction now. Cheers.

  2. Jason says:

    @Ben Boyter – Well, I hope it’s entertaining enough to keep you distracted. Get well soon! 😉

  3. Justin says:

    @Ben, Hear Hear!

  4. Severin says:

    I don’t know, but catalyst seems to be a obvious name for a course.
    Something that accelerates something without getting consumed itself.
    What a teacher does, metaphorically.
    It also sounds cool. Maybe it’s coincidental.

  5. Justin says:

    @All – Happy Thanks Giving!!

  6. Should check out the primal diet/lifestyle. I’ve been following it for 2 weeks and have dropped 4kg and 4cm around my waist and generally feeling quite good! (e.g. waking up early in the morning, which I never used to do)

    I’ve been following the primal blue print, as provided at marksdailyapple.com.

    As for madness, I been playing a game with myself where I tick off each day and give myself a point for exercises and a point for diet for the day. Bonus points and medals are awarded for doing it the whole week. Now I’m obsessed with making it an app. 🙂

  7. Jason says:

    @Andrew Dyster – Yeah, the primal diet stuff looks interesting.

    I really like your app idea!

  8. Jason says:

    @Justin – Thanksgiving is ONE word! Sigh. 😉

  9. Thought I would let you know I survived and listened to this about 5 times. Due to falling asleep each time but I did finish it eventually. Cheers.

  10. Jason says:

    @Ben Boyter – That’s funny and it’s exactly how my wife is with the various Science and History Channel shows we record. There’s nothing like a show about black holes or the fall of Constantinople to put your butt to sleep. 😉

    On a side note, I do not recommend watching an episode of The Walking Dead before bedtime. My heart rate and adrenaline levels get so high watching that show that it takes me an hour or more just to come down. Geesh! The only problem is – when the hell else am I going to watch it?! 😉

    Also, I hope you’re feeling better.

  11. @Jason heh, it seems to be if im lying down warm and listening to anything the body enters sleep mode. Useful at times, but when all you can do is lie down not so good. The most effective shows I have found though are anything about deep sea exploration or as with your wife space etc…

    Feeling much better. Still painful to walk around, cough, sneeze, or anything really but at least I can walk now 🙂

  12. @Andrew Dyster I used chains.cc for that, it’s kind of similar to what you describe, based on the “Seinfeld Calendar” thing.

  13. @Justin, I like the idea for your Udemi course – I think it’s really in your “wheelhouse” as they say these days!

    @Jason, I’d love to hear more about the Uber scheduler if you ever get clearance to talk about it on the show (maybe with another person from Uber too). And I have to try Clouseau one of these days.

    @Ben Boyter – feel better.

    I have been a fan of H+ from the beginning. I really like the international feeling with dialogues in Finnish, Italian, etc. I just wish the episodes were a bit longer though as it is difficult to remember what’s happened from week-to-week.
